I have to say, how has defile/rigor wormed its way onto PvE hero bars of late? With your channeling Necro, id recommend replacing defile with [[Spiteful Spirit] or swap [[Weaken Armor] for [[Foul Feast] and replace Defile with [[Plague Signet]. (as you seemto only have one condition removal in there)

i just dont see the point of using a skill slot and neglecting powerful elites for the sake of combating the off chance of blocking. Enchantments can be removed with rip and stances (which, i admit can be a pain) can be combatted by switching targets or just waiting for them to run out.

I find the Rit channeling skills to be generally more powerful than SS or even Plague Signet(meh) despite their non-elite status. Defile punishes with 100+ armor ignoring damage per block, and it is spammable. It is quite powerful, unless the specific area that you are in has no blocking.

If you prefer a more defensive version, especially when there are strong caster mobs, you can replace Command Paragon 2 with a Rit hero for a higher level of Splinter and AR:

and of course modify the necro to:
